Rules and Hygienic Regulations for the Participation of Events

These rules apply from October 10, 2020 and represent our hygiene concept. Each participant declares that he/she has read these rules carefully and taken note of them before participating in the event and that he/she will follow them. Failure to comply may result in exclusion from the event.


Keeping Distance:

Generally, a minimum distance of 1.5 meters must be maintained at any time. During the event, fixed table groups by a maximum of six people can be determined. The persons of each table group are noted by name for the purpose of contact tracing. People of the same table group are exempt from the distance rule at their table.


Wash and Sanitize Hands:

For indoor events, hands should be washed and sanitized thoroughly at the beginning. Sanitizer and soap will be provided.


­­­Wear Face Mask:

Wearing a mouth-nose covering face mask is mandatory for indoor events as long as more than ten people are inside the room. After taking a firmly assigned seat, the face mask may be removed for the time the person stays at the seat. When singing, the face mask is mandatory.


Documentation of the Participants:

Until further notice, SMD Chemnitz is documenting the names, contact data and addresses as well as the assigned table groups of all participants of our events in order to be able to provide information to health authorities if necessary. This data is stored for three weeks only for this purpose and will not be passed on to third parties except for authorized authorities.


Regular Ventilation of the Indoor Areas:

The indoor spaces are ventilated regularly and permanently.


In order to allow for better planning of the events, we ask you to register in advance. This can be done by any of our volunteers or on our website by sending a message to us.
