Visiting the crocus meadows in Drehbach

Spring is slowly approaching. When it gets warmer and the first warm rays of sunshine touch the ground in late February and March, it is also time for the crocuses to blossom. You can admire them particularly well in mild temperatures with a few friends in Drehbach (a village about 20km south of Chemnitz).
And so we set off to the Ore Mountains to enjoy the splendour of the flowers in all their beauty. In a handful of meadows, we came across masses of purple-violet flowers. All in all, we took lots of photos and simply marvelled at nature. It is always moving to see and observe God's creation.
